I have known Tanisha for 8+ years and she is an amazing caregiver for my 6 year old autistic son. She has been watching him for 2+ months! She is patient, nurturing, loving and always finding effective methods to communicate with my son to make sure he understands expectations or how to ask for the help he needs. She is flexible with our schedule with reasonable communication for changes and i love her questions and attention to detail. I appreciate our friendship and she is a major blessing in our life.
